Polyaluminum Chloride
Polyaluminum chloride or pack is one of the most important coagulants used for water treatment and municipal and industrial wastewater.
The coagulation process has a special place in the refining process. Aluminum Sulfate and Chlorophyll are the most common primary coagulants used in water treatment to remove turbidity, but in recent years, Poly Aluminum Chloride ( PAC ) has become increasingly popular. It has been widely used as an alternative to two older coagulants, aluminum sulfate and chlorophyll. Polyamide chloride ( PAC ) is now one of the most common coagulants used in water treatment in countries such as the United States, Canada, China, Italy, France and the United Kingdom. In Iran, many industries used this material as an alternative to old coagulants.
